    6. Amenities

    Please only list community amenities that have a physical location. Amenities like Valet Trash or Smoke Free Community will not be included. The amenities you list here will be exactly how they appear on your site plan.

    7. Color Coding

    Each bedroom or unit type listed will receive its own color. If you have specific color requests please include the color values in Step 9. All colors will be tested for accessibility compliance. Requested colors may need to be altered to ensure there are no conflicts with visual impairments. 20 is the maximum numbers of colors allowed to guarantee compliance. If you have more than 20 unit types, then please select the “by number of bedroom” coloring option. If you would like to only use brand colors, then please limit the number of requested colors to under 12.

    8. Upload Files

    Max file size for each upload is 10mb. Max total upload size is 50mb. Multiple files may be uploaded at the same time. For our 2D site plans we prefer architect files as PDFs, but we can work with any file type you have. For 3D site plans please upload DWG, Rivet RVT, or PDFs.

    If your files are too big to upload, then one of our team members can supply you with an alternate upload method, or you may add your own link for us to download your files in step 9.

    If you’re not sure which files or pages to send us for your site plan, we offer a service to review your architect files and find the correct documents needed. Additional charge may apply.

    Please upload all files that show the full property including surrounding streets, landscaping and tree planting, hardscape and materials, address plan, unit mix, and amenity locations.

    Please upload branding files for your property. This includes: guidelines, logos, colors, fonts, textures, patterns, icons, etc. If no branding is provided, then standard fonts and colors will be used. If MMC did your branding, then you do not need to upload any files. Branding is required to complete a handout design.
